These reservations conditions regulate the online purchase with Turismo Konrad, S.L., hereinafter, HOVIMA HOTELS, owner of the website www.hovima-hotels.com.
You can manage your online reservation through our Adorahotels booking engine. Use the form for the purpose of filling in the reservation information and fill in the form with your personal data. Once completed, select the payment method.
The information provided to make the reservation must be true, accurate, updated and specific to the user who wishes to make the reservation from our website.
Prices, taxes and offers
The prices listed on this website are with taxes included. Our offers will be valid during the period shown in our brochures and website.
Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email within 24 hours to the account provided in the form, where it will be confirmed.
* In the Check-in, it is essential to provide documentation of all the occupants.
Deposits are charged at the time of booking, in case of cancellation or no-show on the arrival date will not be refunded!

80€/unit and 150€/unit for stays passing through the dates of Christmas/New Year and Easter.
HOVIMA Jardín Caleta / HOVIMA Santa María / HOVIMA Panorama / HOVIMA Atlantis
30€/unit and 90€/unit for stays passing through the dates of Christmas/New Year and Easter.
* The pending has to be paid in the Check-in.
Special cancellation conditions/modifications of the non refundable rate
Payment of 100% of your stay will be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation through a charge on your credit card. This fee is not entitled to a refund in case of cancellation, modification or no show at the hotel. This rate is not compatible with another type of offer or discount.
